Simon Wynen is a wilderness educator and co-founder of the Loisachbündnis. He was born in 1999 and lives not far from the Loisach and the Murnauer Moos. From a young age, he has spent a great deal of time in nature, learning to live simply. As a wilderness educator and nature mentor, he strives to pass on ancient knowledge and a connection to the Earth. He particularly enjoys engaging in outdoor play with children and young people. Simon has had the opportunity to study at various ‘wilderness schools’ that teach ancient knowledge in the modern world. These include the Teutoburgerwald Nature and Wilderness School and Survival.at. However, he believes that the greatest teachers are the Earth and life itself.
